How Having the Wrong Size Cup is Costing Einstein’s

I justed dropped in at the local Einstein’s Bagels and when I ordered my two large coffes the lady told me that they didn’t have any large cups. So I ordered medium instead. All told, I think they might have lost about a dollar on me.
Then I learned that none of the stores got their cups — and won’t until Friday.
I wonder how much this will cost them this week?
