Join an Online Survey Community
See this guy? That’s Scott Zaleski, he’s one of my new "friends" from QuestionPro, the online survey software I use most often.
I use the word "friend" because this is something that you won’t find on the other on-line survey software applications, a community. QuestionPro has always had some form of community, you could submit questions to a message board, or call in for support or even have a community of users evaluate your survey. Over the last year or so, they’ve added a blog. Then they actually added pictures of the people that I’ve worked with for years.
That was nice. This guy on the right is Aditya, he’s been a dream to work with on several occasions. The most recent was fixing a glitch with my credit card. One e-mail, one phone call, done.
The really wonderful part of these interactions is that I actually had a human experience with people who were able to help me on the spot. And that’s important when you have thousands respondents clicking in and something goes awry.
I’ve tried many of the other software tools out there – but QuestionPro was the only one that really gives me an education every time I log on. The blog is loaded with all kinds of articles that will explain the analytical functions and how to use them. There’s a staff of people that I can count on to help me with the tools. And honestly, it feels like there’s a marketing research department I can reach out to as easily as if they were across the hall from me in my building.
While other online survey software tools have mostly changed how they look, QuestionPro has consistently enhanced and changed how the software functions. They actually practice what they preach. I’ve given feedback on the functionality of the software – and over time have actually seen these enhancements to the software. And that makes it darn hard to switch to another on-line survey tool.
