Your Unique Selling Proposition Holds Your Offer

Your Unique Selling Proposition Holds Your Offer While waiting for some friends at the local cafe, I took a look at my red purse and noticed how it stood out in the crowd. Then I noticed how full it was; my wallet, sunglassess a notebook, some lipstick and a pen. All are parts of my life and my business — but what you notice is the bag. This remnds me of conversations that I often have about identifying a client's unique selling proposition. Sometimes it seems like we're sayng to ignore important elements of the business just because we want to focus on one element that sets them apart. When what we're really saying is their Unique selling proposition is jsut the bag that holds the rest of your goodies.

Ivana…that is so good!!! And i LOVE the red bag!!! I thought about my favorite bag /purse that holds the goodies…its a burberry purse that has everything in it (well alot) that makes me carry on w/ who i am, how i look, how i do business and follow up etc… in sales i see this application big time… we want to find that differentiator but its so much more than even that… it’s ALL the goodies…
    Have a great day!
