Great post. I really think that the media, and in particular news channels, create mass hysteria and influence people’s thoughts. We’ve always believed the news and their business has become extremely competitive in the new digital age. They have to deliver more hype faster to get the attention of viewers. This equates to improved advertising revenues for them.

Now this is a post of yours that I can completely understand what you are saying and wholeheartedly agree!!! It has annoyed me to no end that many people have just laid down by the side of the road to their dreams, waiting for this economy to get better. They need to come to realize that they are the economy. That those who rise up and move forward, one step at a time, consistently and persistently, will be the ones who will bask first in the new day’s sun. Whether you are a leader or a follower, it is time to start marching forward. Lead, if you have an idea- people will follow. Follow, if you don’t- it sure beats eating road dust!
