Great information. I would also point out Free Conference Calling for conference recordings. Really easy to use, completely free and allows for podcast and posting to webpages. There’s some more information here along with a couple video tours I found helpful when getting started.

With a Dimdim recording, you can grab the embed code (it’s on the lower right of your recording playback window) and paste it into almost any web page. Unless it’s something you really want to highlight above anything else, I recommend posting your recordings on a page where you can provide more information about it. This helps your visitor/customer understand why they’d want to watch the recording, and helps you by giving more text for search engines to understand what the page is about.
