One of my favorite clients sent me a link to this video. Â The first thing that struck me was the creative problem solving method they used — re-framing. Â Basically they took activities that are not easy or fun to do and asked the question “What if this were FUN?”
In what ways can we make cleaning your room fun?
Try taking some kind of sales and marketing activity in your organization and put a fun spin on it.

Also another factor that helps in making things more fun or rejuvenating is asking yourself the question “How is this task going to benefit me?” Things can be really fun and rejuvenating when you know a particular task is taking you towards your goal.
Any task that takes you away from your goal causes you stress and heartache.
